Can you believe that 2016 is half over? Six months...gone...finished...the past! Do you remember how you rang in the New Year? How about the number of birthday parties you've attended? What books have you read this year? Can you tell me who won the Super Bowl? What's my point? Time goes by FAST! So fast, that sometimes we can't even remember what we had for dinner last night!

I make a scrapbook of each year. It helps me to remember....to savor....to slow down! What do you wish you had done since January? What are you glad you've accomplished? Are you fulfilling your purpose? Is there meaning in your days? How much self care and creative outlets or FUN have you experienced? We can't actually slow the clock down, but we can be intentional about how we use our time. The good news is......we still have half of the year left!
Why do doctors recommend a yearly check-up? It's so that if there's a problem, it can be taken care of in a timely manner. Since we have half the year left, let's do a check-up on our relationships, finances, work, health, and spirituality. Evaluate what needs to be increased....changed....or even eliminated!
