I'm curious.....did you set your goals for this new year?  What have you done in this first month to be sure you are moving toward fulfilling those goals?


Are your goals specific?  The more specific they are, the easier it will be to know if you've achieved it!

Are your goals measurable?  That means your goal can be broken down into measurable steps.

Will you be able to actually attain your goals? You can't lose 100 pounds in a month! But you can lose 8-10 pounds in a month!

Are your goals relevant?  Is this YOUR goal or something someone else thinks you should do?

Have you set dates for completing each goal?  A goal without a plan is just a dream.  Decide when you want to achieve each goal....then break it down to smaller steps to see it happen!

One of the most important things you need to do BEFORE deciding on a goal is ask yourself WHY you want to complete this goal?  What would it be like to achieve it?  How can you stay motivated to accomplish this? Would accountability increase your chances of success?

If you haven't started on your goals this year........that's ok!!!!!  START NOW!  The hardest part of anything is starting!  What's one small step you could take today to get you going?  How will you feel at the end of this year if you didn't make any positive changes?  You can do this!  One goal at a time!
